Taco carts, hot dog carts, noodle carts... we love 'em all. Do you love food carts too? We're looking for your stories and pictures to share this love with the world.

We're based in Portland, Oregon, but your favorite food cart could be anywhere. Maybe there's a taco truck in Phoenix everyone needs to know about? Tell us.

We're going to make a magazine, something glossy you can send to your mom. It'll be free to download and cost a little if you want a print thing. It will be easy to copy 'cause that's more fun.

If you want to contribute, email us your CC-BY-SA licensed work. We might not use everything, but either way we'll let you know. If you're sending a story, keep it to plain text pasted in your email (no formatting!) so it's easy for us to read. Other stuff might get lost in the shuffle.

The deadline to submit something for the first issue is September 30th, 2009. There's also an ongoing survey for food cart operators to tell us a little about what you do.

This is going to be awesome. Or crazy. Maybe both. You can help us (and other nifty food cart projects) by printing a flyer to drop off at your next visit to a favorite cart.
